This XDry Dehumidifier is an adsorption or desiccant dehumidifier, graphite grey in colour, that is ideal for lower temperature applications such as Garages, Conservatories, Unattended Premises, Holiday homes & Caravans, Workshops etc.

The XDry Dehumidifier works on the adsorption principle and our experience with similar adsorption dehumidifiers, indicates that these dehumidifiers are far more efficient at lower temperatures than conventional refrigerated dehumidifiers that lose efficiency as temperature decreases.

A significant benefit of the XDry is this machine has auto restart after a power failure and is therefore useful for premises that are left unattended or where power failures are likely to occur.

Please Note:
Contrary to some retailers advertising content, the X-Dry dehumidifier does not replace the very successful Ruby Dry Dehumidifier. In our opinion, the Ruby Dry may be more suitable in a home environment due to lower sound levels on low fan speed.

Note: Though the wattage of a desiccant dehumidifier is generally higher than with a compressor type machine you will extract more water far more quickly at lower temperatures and therefore the XDry will shut off sooner and saving you money.. Please be aware that the XDry fan will run continually on low speed even though the humidity level is satisfied. With the fan only in operation the running cost would be around 35 pence per week.
